Transform Your Culture with Internal Podcasting
Brought to you by the creators of The Power of Influence Podcast
Looking to energize your workforce, strengthen communication, and build a more connected culture? We help organizations launch their own internal podcasts—just like we did at SAM—with expert guidance from concept to broadcast.
Our podcast, The Power of Influence, proved that storytelling isn’t just for marketing—it’s a powerful tool for humanizing the workplace. Now, we’re offering that same transformative experience to you.
Why Internal Podcasts Matter
In today’s fast-paced, hybrid work environment, traditional communication channels often fall short. That’s where internal podcasts shine:
- Boost Engagement: Audio storytelling creates a personal connection, making employees feel seen, heard, and valued.
- Foster Transparency: Behind-the-scenes insights build trust and break down silos across departments.
- Celebrate Culture: Highlighting diverse voices and experiences reinforces SAM’s commitment to inclusion and authenticity.
- Drive Alignment: Regular updates on initiatives and strategy help teams stay informed and inspired.
Your podcast will:
Increase Internal Communication
- Gives space to talk with/to employees in a conversational tone
- Promotes consistent messaging unlike emails that can be misinterpreted or skimmed through
- Increases employee engagement
- Supports learning and development for micro learning, sharing best practices, reinforcing training topics
Create a Meaningful Connection
- Fosters a sense of community as you can feature interviews with team members, give live shout outs, listen to stories from other departments and help employees feel connected and appreciated
- Authentic storytelling to share personal experiences, challenges and successes
- Hearing someone’s voices (tone, emotion, cadence) creates a sense of closeness that written word often lacks
- Topics that touch on values, purpose or personal growth, can resonate deeply with listeners
Empower Your Workforce
- Staff hearing the same podcasts creates common ground for conversations and discussions among team members
- Features voices from across the organization, even from those who may not normally be heard
- Encouraged dialogue as it invites listener feedback, questions or follow up discussions (builds trust)
